Joe,

Thanks...I have tried adjusting the outgoing volume from the lowest to the highest - still sound a little muffled driving down the freeway.

Spoke to service guys at Infiniti...he suggested pairing the phone to another Bluetooth device to eliminate the car's system. And then, vice versa, pair the Infiniti to another LG phone.

Still experimenting...I may have to go to another Bluetooth device to be used inside the G37S. BlueAnt makes an excellent device.

Thanks again for your suggestion.

I noticed something today that may help. Just before I left work today, I checked under the settings button, phone, bluetooth setup, bluetooth info, and looked at the connection status for signal quality. It showed "poor". My phone was on my left hip. I moved my phone to the cup holder in the center console, and the signal quality changed to good. On my drive home I called my wife and she said that the quality seemed better. Unfortunately you can't access these screens while driving, (damn Infiniti lawyers) so you have to find the best location for your phone while the car is stopped.

Penn G,

Yep, tried that too...I was able to go from poor to good. Is there an excellent setting? I don't think there is...however, most of the time, my cell phone sits next to my auto shifter and the setting is "good".

I have a BlueAnt Bluetooth III unit on order. Thought I would try that before replacing my phone. The BA BT III is supposed to be one of the best Bluetooth handsfree devices on the market - google it or YouTube it for more info...
