channel 0 doesn't give it to me. I had to wait until XM sent me some paperwork.

You gotta wait a few seconds for it to show up.. at first it will just say Radio ID: Radio ID, then it will pop up with letters/numbers.

After I subscribed to XM I had to leave it on 1 for a few minutes, of course it says 'tune to channel 0 to get your XM ID' DOH! Guess I should have listened to that channel for a few seconds!

XM Nav is not picking up..

I've called XM 3 times in the last few days to double check they added Nav to my account. I've tuned my radio to 1 several times for 'enough' time, refreshed my radio 3 times and repeated the 20 minutes on channel one and still no Nav Traffic..?

I'm having issues with my XM too, can get nothing but preview channels and no nav/traffic option, dealer want to replace the receiver which I'm being told it's in the dash. Not crazy about this either.

That makes no sense. It was working fine until my trial period ended and now its just not picking up the traffic from XM. Only took about 4 minutes for my radio to start working but I given it plenty of time to 'update' the traffic.
