SO you guys say that if I get one of these installed on the premium pkg I can switch out the bose sound system and keep my functionality on the screen. What is the whole deal with the PC and bluetooth? Does that mean I need to put a laptop or something in the car?

The only way right now to keep your screen functionality would be to keep that and build a system around it. Replace your speakers, add amps for the speakers and sub, etc etc.

^^^ What he said. It's way more practical for the vast majority of owners to keep the head unit and just replace the amplifiers and speaker in this car. I'd be really interested in seeing what kind of money someone has to spend to replace the factory head unit, what the console will look like when they get done, and if it sounds any better than keeping the HU and replacing everything else.
By PC and bluetooth thing I presume you're referring to the Rockford 3.sixty.2? You don't need to put a laptop in your car. It's kind of complicated to explain (at least for me) but you can use your computer to program the sound in your car.
