Is this a good setup?

Ok so I want to put some subs in my car but unfortunately I'm not extremely knowledeable in that area. I was thinking of this setup:

Z Enclosures sub box (two 10's)

JL Audio W6's

and

JL Audio 1000 watt amp

Anyone see any problems with this setup? Are the subs and amp a good match? Am I good as far as airspace goes with the box and these subs? ANy suggestions? Oh and I'm set on JL audio so I suggest that you don't suggest another brand! Thanks

The JL 10w6v2 requires a minimum of .625 cu feet of airspace, the zen enclosure only offer .50 feet per speaker. I can't say how it will sound, I think someone else on the forum is running a similar setup. I have a single 10w6v2 and 500/1 v2 and it hits hard and already overpowers the stock stereo, I am thinking 2 of them would murder your stock stereo, but that is just my opinion. Right now I am using a box I got from the place I got my 10w6v2, waiting on my 4080 box.

Too much bass is absolutely retarded and straight out of high school. My buddy has 1 10W7 in his Tahoe and it is uncomfortable loud. I couldn't imagine 2.

I didn't call any person retarded. I called the notion of having too much bass retarded. Not only that, it's damaging. Looking out for peoples well being here.

Please do, maybe I will get W3s instead beacause of the airspace. I kinda want the 6's though, I'm undecided. I love me some base even if it is retarted. I had two 12's in one of my old cars.
