backup camera angled too low?

This may be a non issue but I just noticed it the other day. Those of you with the backup camera when it is on can you see the Infiniti logo from the trunk in the camera view at the bottom of the screen? Anyone got a pic of what the LCD screen looks like with the camera on? I'm trying to figure out if my camera is offset or if it is normal.

nope, i cant

okay, i lied.
with the car factory, i saw the emblem. with the spoiler on it, i dont. here is why:

as you can see, the bottom part of where the spoiler and camera meet are at an angle that wont show the emblem anymore. i dont know if the OEM spoilers do this also. someone else will have to post a pic.

I don't see it but you should adjust the camera up so its not pointing so far down. You can do this in settings.

It's in the diagnostic menu.

I'll have to check the diagnostic menu for this. I have the spoiler and I see the logo when the camera is on.

Go into the diagnostics with the directions from the above thread, and change the angle of the camera so you can't see that logo. I don't have a spoiler so I Mt. Fuji is not in view.

uh... I don't have the spoiler either and the Mt. Fuji is clearly in view of the camera (lower third of the screen). If I adjust the angle in the diag menu, doesn't that also mean that the alignment between the camera and the "distance hashes" will be off???

I don't think they will be. It is not to hard to calculate plus those lines are guides and not 100% accurate, that is why the screen tells you to look behind you before you reverse.

Unless I'm missing something the settings in the diag screens are just for the hash marks not for physically moving the camera. Sounds like everyone can see the logo.
