Preview Braking with Laser Detection/Jamming

I'm considering getting a laser jammer for LIDAR speed traps. Unfortunately, I have the tech package. I know the laser based intelligent cruise control interferes with laser detectors but only when it is on. Does anyone know if the Preview Braking default is always on? If yes, can the default be changed and/or can it be turned off manually?

Thanks,
Meta

Yes, it is always on. I don't know of a way to turn that feature off.

Do you know if it interferes with laser detectors / jammers?

I've heard it can generate false alerts if the reflection comes back high enough to hit the detector. That's hearsay, haven't experienced it myself and dont' have a detector. The laser jamer may have a unwanted affect on your ICC though.
