Looks sharp... and I'm a BIG fan of the L7's. I had two 10"s in my truck and 1 12" in my '06 TL. The enclosure looks like a good fit... a couple of questions:

1) How hard is it to remove if you needed to carry something in the trunk?

2) I'd like to see the carpet match the trunk a little bit closer... do they let you have any say in what color the carpet is?

Overall, sweet install... makes me want one in mine even more.

Hey Thanks! Yea I'm really liking the it. Some members here are asking me why its not a flush fit.. They are not realizing that the amp was mounted behind the seat.. So I can't push it all the way back to get that snug flush look. It wasn't my fault the guy who installed it was supposed to mount the amp on the right side of the speaker... thats the reason for hole in the box being offset... otherwise I would have bought the box with the centered cut-out

1) To remove the isn't hard at all... Its not screwed in back there so you van pull it out.

2) I have to agree with you on that.. I wish the carpet matched a little better but for the money, I can't really complain although I didn't ask if the carpet would match at the time of purchase so I'm not sure.

Is it just me or is the volume of the box too large for one 10" L7? Looks like there's at least 3 cubic feet in there! And this is a sealed, not-ported box, right?

its 1.0 cubic ft sealed. if you had 2 10s it would be .5 cubic ft sealed in seperate enclosures...

Wait wait wait, its not 1.0ft^3 for each 10? If so thats half the space required for two 10''s. I'm emailing Mike right now to confirm.

Yeah its 0.5cuft per side. You can remove me from the list. I've told Mike as well. He was very fast and helpful with the emails, though. It's a shame our air space didn't match up.

Thats what I thought.. I don't know much about the exact air space thats required... but I wanted 2 ten inch L7's and I was told they need a good amount of space.. So I went with one ten. So my question is does this box have enough space for my one 10'' L7 ?

Per Kickers site for the 10'' Solo-Baric L7:

Min recommended sealed: 0.66 cu.ft.
Max recommended sealed: 1.0 cu.ft.

So one L7 is a good fit.
