Frozen Nav/Climate Control/Audio when COLD
This question is for my Canadian friends and the people in colder weather. A couple of days ago it as 15 degrees and when I started my car, my nav/climate control/audio were off.
It was like they were broken. The LCD was off and the lights in the Climate Control were off too. I even tried turning off and turning on the car repeatedly. I couldn't even adjust my heat (althought the heat was automatically on). Only after driving for about 5 minutes did I hear the hard drive spool on and the infiniti logo on the LCD and everything started to work.
It was like the system was frozen and had to warm up to work.
Happen to anyone else?

Your nav system was probably resetting itself, since the symptoms sound familiar to what others have experienced when it happened to them.

Yep, a lot of us have had this happen, and weather doesn't seem to be a factor. 65 degree Southern California night the first (and only) time I had this problem. All's well since.
