i am not saying that an aftermarket audio system is bad. people who put an audio system in their car just to make it rattle the hell out the car and make other around them deaf is uncallfor.

Ah ... I see... Cause I am far from Gangsta... I will tell you I hate rattle... I do what I can to avoid it... Something I am imagineing is that with a luxory car (better, thicker material) there may be a lil less than your average car... what you think?

I doubt that.. I had a cadillac escalade with one 12 molded with fiberglass in the back of the car and it rattled like CRAZY. Atleast you couldnt hear it inside the car...

Its not that just Hondas and Toyotas rattle thats just probably the only cars you have noticed it on. Your brand new Infiniti will dump once you put your junk in the trunk! It will, depending on your setup, sound awesome from the inside. I did have some problems with the rear deck vibrating (where Bose is) on my '04 Coupe but just shoved some towels down there and it went away.

If you want to win JL W7's all the way. Two 12"s would be enough to make your ears bleed if you were sitting in the car...

4 mojo's will have you hitting 140's no problem.

2 Alpine Type R's with a Kicker 1200W RMS amp has hit 145.X on a sensor not a mic.

My truck hits 148.X with a 18" Inhuman, and US Amps 2000X

Sensors are more accurate, and when competing they measure sound pressure levels.

I'll be putting my W6s in the G37 this week, I just hope the rearview mirror doesn't break off so quickly like my G35s did hahaha good times!
The bass has to be in balance with the rest of the frequencies. If that is the case, then some "punchy" bass will bring a song to life. But then, so will crisp highs and clear mids. It is all about the balance (SQ).

It is all about the quality of the installation + how much money you have to spend on it. A good installer will not let anything rattle, even if the car is a Yugo.

140db is pretty loud for bass (SPL).. I used to do car audio competition setups.. I had 2 12" SoundStream SPLX, and one American Bass VFL 150.1 amp wired down to .5 ohms, that amp was pushing around 2500watts rms.. I hit 144.3db in the car show and took second place, my subs where in my trunk of my junky 93 altima, shooting backward!

140db would be easy to reach with your 4 10's... its all in the setup! if you have any questions let me know...
