Any good 5000k D2S & LEDs brands?

Hi, so I've been thinking about changing all car lights to 5000k color including the headlights xenon and LEDs. I did some searching around the forum and in ebay..
and I really couldnt decide on what brand for the LEDs and the D2S bulbs..
I read many posstive reviews on the vleds. specailly from this thread
https://www.myg37.com/forums/body-in...cs-inside.html
but vled doesnt offer D2S 5000k bulbs anymore..
So I leaned toward Diode Dynamics.. but they only offer 6000k..(for both d2s and their LED kits)
And I dont want to take the risk of buying junk of ebay
Could you please recommend a good 5000k D2S bulbs and 5000k LEDs for the whole car led conversion
any input is appreciated

Yep the Osram 66240 CBI is by far the best D2S bulb you can buy. They've also released the US version which is the same number 66240 CBI but sold as a Silverstar. These bulbs not only are 5000K but put out 3400 lumens. Way more than any other brand 4.3k, 5k, 6k, 8k bulb.
Many people don't realize when you buy cheap bulbs from China not only do they put out far less lumens but they don't last. On top of that the hot spot is always off which is very important when running HID projectors. The CBI will cost a lot more but are worth every penny.

The only Philips D2S 5K bulb is the 85122CM which is only a 3100 lumen bulb. They can be hard to find..... at least real ones. There's tons of fake 85122CM's on Ebay and those only put out around 2400 lumens and have all the problems that cheap bulbs do.

Don't know if it's ok to post but we have a sponser over on HIDplanet who is selling them at $190 a pair shipped. You can also get them from a seller on Ebay for $185.00 a pair shipped. We did a GB with him and they were around $150 a pair.

Is the seller on eBay legit? I saw those and wondered. Yes, you can post a link to the HIDPlanet GB if you like.

Yes the bulbs from Ebay seller J87 are legit we did a group buy from him and I did many tests including a ramp up test next to both a set of CBI's I bought from Osram Germany and a set I got from the owner of HIDP Matt's GB.
Here's a link to the HIDP bulbs for $190

GB: OSRAM Cool Blue Intense Xenarc D1S D1R ($235 shipped) and D2S, D2R ($190 shipped))

I don't know how you guys handle group buys but I ordered 20 sets of these from Sylvania USA for HID retro customers, if there's enough interest here they can be had for around $150 a set ordering them in that quanity.

I have the same ID on HIDP you can check my feedback.

Osram CBI is the way to go. I have the STI-R clear lens and I get a very nice wide even beam. I got mine through a group buy on HIDPlanet.

5K leds, I got some v-leds. Using these for interior lights, it's plenty bright, but not a match for OSRAM CBIs.

I got these forward firing LEDs for license plate, door lights, and front parking lights. Perfect match with OSRAM CBI. I'll try to get some pics.
