2010 G37 pics from dealership

I saw my local dealership has some 2010 G37 in stock so I went to take a look at them. Unfortunatly they were all caged up so I couldnt see them up close. I did snap a few pics from a distance. I was really looking forward to see the new sport package but was dissapointed at what I saw. The headlights look nothing like the ones posted online. They just had a slightly tinted look.

Excellent work Vaio23! Plus your post will get others off the couch and out to "investigate" their local dealers. Assuming you are Western US/Canada? I'm in Western NY and it'll take a while for the West to East transporting of the new Gs...

East coast G's come from the west? I thought Jacksonville might be the port.

That new front end looks very nice, but once again major fail on the wheels.

It is likely that it is a requirements that vehicles have front plates in Texas. Not positive though. Many dealers in states that require front place go ahead and put on the front plate bracket.

I thought sport models have black-out headlights.

^ I think the headlights have dark chrome kinda color to it tho. To me it looks darker than the non-sports ones for sure. Just flat or gloss black would have been way better IMO...

I wonder if the reshaping of the sport bumper is to provide better cooling. There's a significant increase in what looks to be functional mesh opening for 2010.

I don't get the foglight application. To me the G37 isn't an in-your-face type of car so pulling the fogs out and putting them off on their own doesn't flow with the rest of the car. I also don't like the look of HID and non-HID on at the same time. In the 2009 design the two blend together. In this design the fogs will be much more obvious.

Lastly, the aero on the fog light recesses has to be horrible. The way they are deep recesses with the pronounced outer lip can't be very efficient. If they were functional brake cooling scoops then it makes sense but for a faux treatment, to me, it's sort of rice.

I'm also not a fan of the move towards an Audi-ish front end where the hood, grill and bumper all flow into one curve. I like the more pronounced transition from hood to bumper on the '09 but I'm partial because that's what I have.

The pic of the grey 2010 and white 2009 is the best one yet for seeing the changes. Nice work!

Overall the changes are subtle and by no means would keep me from buying a 2010.

Is that the "smokey quartz" color?

The 2010 non-sport looks the best to me, but the new 17" rims are the worst.
