i had Shogun winning the fight but they gave it to machida... alot of people not happy with the decision....
and cain ****ed ben rothwell up lol

I have never seen Shogun fight, but The Dragon is unbelievable the angles he hits with.
I figured Ben Rothwell was in over his head Cain Valasquez, IS A SERIOUS STRIKER, AND HAS EXCELLENT GROUND GAME.

yup ,, i think shogun was all over machida during the fight,, im wondering what the three judges saw that i didn't and they gave the win to the dragon. It was like a taekwondo match! hahah all the kicking ,, punches were limited

Not really into UFC stuff but I saw this one last night. Was at a friends watching it on their new 130" projector, probably the only reason I saw it. Anyways, I gotta say that fight was a joke. Neither one of them looked like they wanted to be there, but Shogun definatly had control the entire match. EVERYONE I was watching it with couldnt believe the decission. Just goes to show how much of a marketing scam these things are. Seconds after it was over they were already talking about a re-match.
Oh, and that Big Ben guy was definatly getting his *** handed to him. I dont think it was bad enough to call the fight when they did though. You could tell he still had a little left in him, and as soon as the ref called it he seemed just fine. |
