I ordered tein coilover from hpauto from him about a month ago however have not yet received my order or got refund or got any replies. I tried contacting him in every way i can and just recently found out he got banned from myg37. He sent me a fake tracking number and i dont know what to do now. I sent him paypal as a gift so i do not even know if i can claim through paypal. Can any body help me?

How did you originally pay through your checking / savings account or credit card?

Where the hell have I been? I didn't know Andy "dine and ditched," that's crazy.

 

If you send through the form of gift it doesn't charge you the paypal fees. The only thing you can technically do is go through your credit card company (hopefully that's how it was paid) and dispute the charges so that paypal WILL open a claim.

 

there is nothing i can do i paid directly from my bank account.... this is getting really frustrating? can anybody call andy to check if he's still there? maybe he's screening my calls..

I talked to him yesterday and supposedly his grandfather died and he was in Texas. He told me he was heading back to Az yesterday. Hopefully he'll get back to you today if he goes to the store. If he he even has one. Im still wating on my wheels from him.
