Stock ECU Reflash - Dubai?

So I've come to learn that cars coming to the Dubai (the whole gulf region in fact) have a different ECU program/configuration than the ones you guys got. And apparently no one around here was able to crack the codes of our G37s. Some local ECU tuner suggested I ship my ECU to the US to have Technosquare look at it and crack it. From there on he can reflash it. Now thats back to rentals for me for another two weeks minimum. Plus its too risky to have my car's brain shipped because it could be easily damaged or lost. Wouldnt really want to be driving an airhead lol
Another solution is to get me a stand alone ECU. However that is a little more $$$ and as I was told its not worth it if im running NA.
Andy (Biscuitwheel) suggested I wait for something to do with Cobb Access port but then he also said it may have issues with our ECU's.
So now I'm stuck...any suggestions?
