*Flying to NYC for 4th of July Weekend*

Leaving LAX tomorrow morning at 7:30 in the morning. Heading out there with the lady and staying at the Paramount in Times Square. Already have tickets to the Yankee game on Saturday (I HAVE TO check out the new field

) then gonna catch a fireworks show afterwards. Any locals know of any good food places? Places that I just "have to" eat at. Cost really isn't an issue. It could be a hole-in-the wall Pizzeria, a Hot Dog Cart on the corner of this and that street, or a 5-star steak house. Oh and hopefully I'll run into some of the NYC members out there and have a few drinks with you cats. I'll be out there until Teusday, then back to the office

Should be fun and looking forward to getting away from work and reality for a bit

LOL, I was thinking about taking a road trip with four buddies to NYC for the 4th of july. Rays pizza is bomb. Basically any stands in the city are tits!

A few of my favorites are:

1) Haru - Sushi
2) Blue Fun - Contemporary
3) Halal Cart (53rd & 6th) - Cart Food (after 11 pm only for best cart vendor)
4) Magnolia Bakery - Cupcakes, etc.
5) Ava Lounge (Top of Dream Hotel) - Drinks & Cocktails
6) Tribeca Grill - Owned by Robert DeNiro

There's a ton of popular places though...

one random night you gotta go to this halal food spot. Its a cart on the corner of W53rd st and 6th Ave. Its ironically called 53rd and 6th, its only open from 730p - 4am. Youll see a line. always.

You can get either chicken or lamb or mixed, comes with rice and lettuce and some slices of pita. Douse that sh!t in white sauce and mix it up.

damn now i want some, maybe ill meet you over there. lol

If you want some really good food check out Plataforma in times square, brazillian bbq, my friends dad owns it and its amazing. Theres also another one in tribeca called riodizio.
