Summer plans??

not sure if this should go here or in finer living, but what are all of your summer plans?

For me:
I have summer water polo, starting at the beginning of summer, A medical conference that I was invited to as a high achiever in June. My godfather is taking me to something in NY for a week or something in June as well, on his private jet. July, I"m also going with my godfather to Israel for 2 weeks to host the Maccabee games and basically just chill in Israel. Then in August, I'm going to Maui for 10 days with my parents, and meeting my sister there(my siblings are much older with kids(so i have nieces and nephews). And we are staying at the Grand Wailea Resort and Spa, which is an awesome hotel!

Thats just a basic description of my summer

what med. school do you go to
my girl is in UCLA
she is doing rotations now

Nice, Israel is amazing, I've been once before.
And I'm not in med. school, I'm just doing a conference over the summer since I was recommended by my high school. And I am doing it at UCLA actually.

Man I had plans to go to Israel this summer but with all the drama over there I am not so sure anymore....

yeah thats why I havn't gone, thats been the same reason for me these last couple years, but there is always drama over there
my neighbor went there about 6 months ago and said it's fine
he said he felt real safe
eventually I will go there and see some family

I always feel safe in Israel. the army is amazing, and if you know the right people, you should be fine. just dont do anything stupid i guess.

My sister went there last summer and said some of the people across the border started to throw rocks at them. I was gonna go with a group called Birthright you guys heard of it?

Yes, I hear its a great program. Though I believe some of it was involved with the Madolf ponsey scheme, so they lost quite a bit of money. i know many Israeli organizations were involved with him, unknowing to his scheme.

I usually go with my godfather, he is a war hero in Israel, and is a very powerful man there, so we are always under guard by the army, and we get to go to crazy parties and do anything and everything in Israel. If any of you have heard of the FIDF(friends of the Israeli Defense Forces) organization, my godfather is chairman.

taking two summer school classes and a end of the summer vacation with the family. cant wait till the summer is over, the fall semester needs to hurry up and arrive.

Houseboat (3 60 footers) party next weekend at Lake Don Pedro

Beach every weekend in Hermosa or Malibu

Australia or Costa Rica for a week in August b/c flights are just too cheap, so why not?
