O.C. Beach house rentals?

Anyone know anyone that rents their beach house out in Orange County, I am willing to cross PCH, but that's about it, looking for the penisula in Newport.

^i live on the peninsula now.

try these realty places: burr white, balboa newport realty (bnr), cannary rentals, associated realty. i'd recommend driving up and down the numbered streets on the peninsula and dialing the numbers posted on houses available for rent.

Well that was the next step. Usually I'm a little too tipsy when I'm in the area to read house numbers or really have any aspirations of doing it. Damn the alcohol make me lazy. It's a bust, our good friends had their house on 23rd. but now they've moved out and are at 53rd by the lido island left turn.

i've lived on 42nd, 35th and now im in the upper 20s.. every year i moved closer to 21st (around sharkeez and all those places) i had more fun

and ya.. sobriety is kind of impossible here.. i dont understand why there are so many rehab houses in the area.. coming to newport for rehab kinda defeats the purpose
