Well as I sit and watch Eagles-Patriots preseason football I realize once again what a football junkie I truly am; from Pee Wee to the NFL. I love football. Most of you do too. Discuss.

I'm glad the Eagles picked up Vick.. boy deserves a second chance imo.

Actually my beloved Saints look pretty good this year. It will be weird to wat h them withou Deuce, but I believe Pierre Thomas will do a fine job replacing him. Brees is Brees. The offense is great again.

New D coordinator. New secondary. Maybe Derrick Brooks? The defense certainly looks muck better, at least on paper. I think they'll win the NFC South this year and make it to at least the NFC championship game, maybe all the way!

Saints and charger for me. It sucks knowing mcallister isn't coming back but oh well. Hopefully bush can pull it off as started running back this year.

looks like Brady hasn't missed a beat. Was awesome to see him back on the field and to see a few of their new weapons. They have potential to be very dominant this year.

vick on the eagles running the wildcat with westbrook is guna be a nasty combo.

Can you imagine Vick and McNabb on the field at the same time? Now that would drive a defense crazy. I know McNabb isn't as fast as he used to be but they could still run some of the best trick plays in the league.

philly fans are brutal. they all hate him now, once he scores a td his jersey's will be flying off the rack.

I personally think he is equivalent to a piece of sht on the bottom of a shoe.

It was nice to finally see a live game on TV, even if the team happened to be the Raiders.

Man; it's great to be watching football again. I've been going sports crazy ever since the NBA Finals. I've even been watching reruns of college football games just to get a quick fix.

Regarding Vick-

I'm shocked to see that he's back too; but hey life goes on. Besides; given the country's bigger issues at the moment (health care reform; increase in militia groups; the economy), I think he should be the least of peoples' concerns.

I have never been a big Michael Vick fan.

That being said, he did something stupid, got caught, got convicted, and did his time like a man. I thought the Commish might suspend him perhaps 4 or 8 games on top of his prison sentence because that had nothing to do with punishment from the NFL. He still could.

The people who are STILL crying and so violently upset with him and protesting need to get a freaking life. I AM not and WILL not defend his actions that led him to be where he is now. But people who are still crying over it need to get a life. If he had shot a couple of people PETA and the extremist animal rights freaks wouldn't give a damn about that. They just want more face time on TV. Those same freaks make little or no effort to really try to stop dog fighting which is very widespread in many areas. They only care because it's a high profile athlete. They can come to Southeast Texas on any Saturday night and find dog fighting to complain about at any time. They wont because that won't get them publicity like Vick will.

he sucks. the only qb that made it big in the nfl from usc is carson palmer.

usc=overrated team that doesnt play no one.
