I hope the Chargers win, but I'm sure the curse will kick in at some point in the playoffs...

Raiders fans, where you at? Saint's at Raiders live on NFL Network in HD on Saturday afternoon at 3 PM Central. Starters should play longer into the game. Good for Saints, bad for Raiders.

Philly phans are so phickle. Boy Donavan was upset and got them out of that set quickly. Teams are still copying the Slash format. Always the inivators. Go Stillers.

I live in Indy and one of my friends companies has a suite. He invited me Monday to Lucus Oil for Lunch with the Colts, a season kick-off party. I sat at a table with Gary Brackett, thier middle linebacker. He was great guy to talk to. Peter King gave a speech and then interviewed the offense and defensive player. Interestign lucheon. I am always amazed by how ordinary most of these guys are. The two things that I noticed was Gary's general ordinary guy demeanor and how small he was. I used to play O-line and D-line. D-line in college. I am 6'5" and weigh about 260 and look slim. Actually most fo lineman were not that much bigger than me, but I dwarfed him. He was 5'10" if he was anything, not sure exactly of his weight, but I would be surprised if he was over 220. Manning was one table over. All the players were texting each other.

I am expecting the Colts be a force in the AFC. I was surprised by how relaxed they were and how the new coach has changed the defenses mind-set. Maybe for once they'll be agreesive. I was such a nob and forgot my camera or I would have posted pictures.

The Raiders are so amazingly inept that they should be relegated like a bad Premier League team. Maybe they might have a winning season in the Pac 10. Maybe. USC, Arizona St., and Oregon would beat them for sure. Probably UCLA and Oregon St. too. As much of a legend of the game as he is, Al Davis needs to die before that franchise will ever win again because he sure as hell ain't going to retire on his own.

Ya... I'm going to go with the Steelers again this year, their D is just too tough to break through. Their offense is also extremely explosive, with a solid solid solid running game. Three good receivers, and an extremely veristile tight end... I smell 7 championships.

You do realize it's only a civil case, since the police feel there is absolutely ZERO evidence to press criminal charges. Every legal analyst in the country who is studying this case feels its going to get thrown out.

yep... let's think logically... after endorsements, contracts etc, it comes down to Ben Roethlisberger being worth about $20mil a year. Two Super Bowl Victories, and being titled as the youngest QB to ever win a SB, along with the best QB record in history for a rookie.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Ben doesn't need to rape women to get laid.

I think maybe the point of talking crap about a rival team is lost on you guys. I doubt he's done anything wrong either, but if I was a Steeler hater I'd pile on too.

I think theres a difference between talking **** on the other team, and discussing a man's innocense in a civil rape case. Especially when the evidence is just piled up against the accuser it's not even funny. Even a steeler hater would have to recognize the evidence in favor of Ben lol.

But to bring some topic back in the thread. Steelers go undefeated again in the AFC North, defeat New England in the AFC Championship, and bring home a 7th.

I think we should stay out of the legal issues at hand for all involved. We could change the name of the sight name to "mylegalopinion.com".

I also think the Radiers are a bottom feeding organization. The reality that this was once a proud and great franchise will be lost a few generations of Radiers fans. There was a day I worried about them on my schedule, now I look for them, to get that one extra win that will get you a bye in the playoffs. Too bad, I liked the the competion. Al was a great footbal mind until age and arogance caught up with him. Enjoy the season folks chasing the Stillers. 11 days and counting until we raise banner #6.
