I think the Steelers are going to win, but since I'm always wrong then the Cards are probably going to take it, lmao

Before this weekend I would have picked the AFC but after watching both games I was not impressed with the AFC teams. I picked AZ. The sticker on only one side of the Steelers helmet just pisses me off anyway. Has for years.

Another non believer. Anyone who says this will be an easy game for either team has no football sense. Steelers may infact win, but in will not be easy, thats for damn sure. Just look at the match up's. AZ has 3 1000yrd receivers that will wreak havoc on Pitt's secondary. If Pitt blitzes, Warner is the best QB in the NFL against the blitz, we'll pick them apart. Pitt on offense isn't that pretty. Hines ward may be injured, and willie Parker... well AZ should contain him like they did with michael turner (42yds on 18 carries), DeAngelo Williams (63yds on 12 carries), and Brian Westbrooke (45yds on 12 carries).

It's gonna be a great match-up baby!!

check out the match up baby!

I know I keep saying how this will be a great match up, and how the media keeps talking about such a dominant defense in pittsburgh, and incredible offense in Arizona, but it's alarming to look at the numbers/stats for both teams in the playoffs this year. They are almost identical. AZ's offense doesn't look dominant by the stats, and Pitts defense doesn't look much better compared to AZ's. These teams really do pose a great match -up. Numbers don't lie, check it out:

Arizona Cardinals in Playoffs this year:
Defense:

rushing yds per game: 50
passing yds per game: 259
Avg takeaways per game: 3
Avg points allowed per game: 20

Pittsburgh Steelers in Playoffs this year:
Defense:

rushing yds per game: 44
passing yds per game: 225
Avg takeaways per game: 2.5
Avg points allowed per game: 19

I'm sorry but that is not as lopsided as people think, now is it?

Let's look at the offenses:

AZ Cardinals
Offense

rushing yds per game:111
passing yds per game:251
Points per game:32

Pittsburgh Steelers:
Offense

rushing yds per game:109
passing yds per game:200
Points per game:29

+++++1!

Kind of like to see the Cardinals win, since they haven't before - but have a feeling Pittsburgh will squeak by.....

Maybe everyone is just sad their team is relaxin and not in the big game I want some predictions and trash talk to start up, I need some excitement to fill these last 8 days before AZ makes history.

i said "like" 10 years now. i wasnt sure when. i remember i did a project on him in the 6th grade. what bandwagon to hitch on? they have been sucking for the last 6 years or so? ever since they let their coach steve and their qb jeff go, they went down hill since. now, the question is...are you a bandwagon fan .

what is the spread in this game? this game is going to be "over"
