Fantasy trade opinion: Jackson for Big Ben

QB: Jeff Garcia
RB: LaDainian Tomlinson
RB: Steven Jackson
RB/WR: Ronnie Brown
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Dwayne Bowe
TE: Antonio Gates
Defense: Bucs
K: Mason Crosby

Bench (notable)

RB: Fred Taylor
TE: Vernon Davis
WR: Chris Henry
QB: Trent Edwards

No decent QB's available out on waivers. Another guy in the league is desperate for a RB and wants to trade me Big Ben for Steven Jackson.

I have no decent QB, and while they are usually not as big of money makers as RB's I have a bad hole in the lineup. The other guy isn't hurting, as he has Drew Brees and Matt Hassleback so Big Ben is an easy trade for him. For me, I know LaDainian will carry my team big time, but to fill a RB slot I do have Fred Taylor to put in place of Steven Jackson.

Any opinions? I think Ben is a guranteed top 5er again this year, but Jackson missed a bunch of games last year and still put down decent numbers. There is a chance that he will be #2 RB this year. Aggg, normally I don't sweat trades but I need opinions since there is a grand possibility that I don't make out good with this one.

I would say stick with Jackson I don't think I have ever seen a team with Tomlinson and Steven Jackson on the same team. I have them ranked 2 and 3 overall IMO. Garcia should do alright.

dont do it, trading jackson would be retarded. If you trade jackson you need to get brady and Peyton for him

if it was me, i would trade for big ben. garcia is garbage and will not make a lot of points for you.
