Service Department in Houston, Tx

Does anyone know a good place in Houston to get their car serviced at?

I have the clutch chatter, a leaky window, and the squeaky breaks.

I have read that a few members here have taken their car in and was told that all this is normal (except for the leaking window), but I have also read that a few got new parts replaced to fix it. I know I will have to insist that they fix it, but I am curious if anybody here has had good experience with a service shop in Houston.

Stay away from West Houston Infiniti. They checked for a leak in my window, couldn't find it and tried to return the car to me with water spots COVERING the car. They were like, we didn't do it??? Incompetent a-holes.

Stay away from North Houston Infiniti (aka Sewell).....

They kept my previous G35 for a service issue for 22 days. At one point they lost the car. Somewhere between the service department and the body shop. All I wanted to do was use the enviro pkg I purchased to have hard water spots removed.

Finally I had to call the owner of the dealership and have his secretary light a fire under their asses. When I got the car back it had 5 huge dings on the passenger side (door to front fender). They claimed it was like that when the car came in but according to the drop off paperwork the doors and fenders were clean. So they had to fix the dings, detail the car and fill up the gas tank.

I will never go back to N. Houston Infiniti for service.

I also have the clutch chatter and its an unfortunate side effect of our 6MT, my windows leak right around the tweeter, and my brakes squeak as well (also normal). Welcome to the family!

Well I guess it narrows it down to which to go to. Thanks again guys, and until I can get a definate answer for myself about the squeaking brakes in reverse and the clutch chatter. I'm gonna press my luck, it is retarded for a LUXURY Sport Car to have those characteristics. I may accept the clutch chatter, but honestly the squeaking brakes? I had this issue with another car, but all it needed was some brake shims.
