I am just wondering what people are thinking about our navy watching a Korean vessel right now in the high seas after Korea just made their statements about that being an act of war?

To be honest, North Korea is practically BEGGING us to attack them. Frankly, this is going to be a BAD situation, and I for one, am considering relocating to Switzerland.

Leave those unhinged bastards alone until they actually do something that demonstrates aggressions toward the US. Their leader is as nutty as a fruitcake and everyone knows that, yet the US government keeps antagonizing him. Just let them continue in their ignorant and backward ways until Kim Jong Il dies.

No need poking a scared dog with a stick because all you will accomplish is goading him into biting you, then you have to put him down. If you'd just left him alone unless he is threatening you, you'd be better off and he'd probably go his own way.

That crazy bastard just wants his attention and especially since he hasn't made any noise lately and people questioning his health so he wants to show he is still in control bla bla bla

If he did anything stupid they'd be wiped out in days. Who the hell would support them? It'd be WWIII. World vs North Korea

also they don't have any missiles capable of reaching US soil yet I don't think, and if they did our defense would shoot them down before they reached the coast.

NK attacking SK won't make Iran and Russia join against USA I don't think...instead places that don't like NK (probably big list) will help SK.

possibly though when USA comes to the rescue things could get ugly... who knows

Well Russia and China are on our side with this though. So Iran would be left but the un will take care of that.

Well said BB. I agree. But the word is Kim Jong Il is in the process of handing over power of NK to his 26....yes, you read that right....26 year old son. How many calm, cool, collected 26 year-olds do you know that won't wanna push a big red button to launch a bunch of chit as soon as daddy tells him to?!?

North Korea is just acting like that kid in school that is antagonizing you enough for you to react and get you to throw the first punch so they have an excuse to try and fight you....luckily our missle defense system should be able to take care of any of the bottle rockets they try and launch our way.

And FYI, North Korea is supposedly about to test a long range missle that would be capable of reaching Hawaii......if you own stock in Dole pineapple...SELL SELL SELL. JK, trying to lighten the mood

No one is backing North Korea as of now. And thier traditional allies like china does not condone thier dumb testing of missles and whatnot. The UN agrees they are being out of line to be doing and saying everything they are..
