Thank you guys for all the feedback/compliments. My only question is on the tires. Has anyone ran 245/30 in the front and 285/25 in the rear? I've heard rumors it will throw off my speedometer? Would it be better running 285/30 in the rear? I will post pictures for you guys when I get them on the car Friday.
Yes 1 piece
The lip is stainless steel I believe, looks like chrome though.
I was actually going to go 245/30 285/30 front and rear to make it even, but I think 285/25 will be fine with my drop.

Just got my 083's on the car like 20 mins ago. Its still at stock height, but I have the coilovers in the garage. Just need to find the time to put them on. Maybe next weekend!!! For some reason the guys at D2 try to sell everybody a 285/25 tire in the rear. I wasnt having it. The front tire has more sidewall (245/30) than a 285/25. To be honest the 245/30 looks sorta silly on the car sitting at stock height. I really hope it looks proportional once I drop it. If I had it to do over, I would have gone with 245/35-f and 285/35-r.

Those tires do throw off ur speedo, but i love the look of the low profile tires on our cars. I ran on them for about a week and i'm going with that setup when i get my rims this week.

Would 285-30-20 fit without rubbing on H&R sport springs? I'm trying to figure out 285-25-20 is recommended instead of 30-20.

You won't rub with either setup

You need to keep the diameter of the new tires about the same as stock which gives you the same revs per mile (rpm) if you don't want a delta on the speedometer. However, if I did the math right then the the D2 recommendation is going at give you about a 2.5 mph delta when traveling at 60mph so not that big of a deal. So I would go with the look I liked.

Yes it would fit without rubbing but you'll have the beefy tire if you like that. The optimal size would be to run 245/35/20 front and 285/30/20 back. If you run 245/30/20 in the front then your car will be raked and it wouldn't be the optimal size to go with to match the rear. I personally like the low pros and could car less about my speedo being off. It's all personal preference though.
