I also like Daytona Blue on the Z, as a previos poster mentioned. May be too "sporty" on the G tho.. if that makes any sense. But def Montego Blue! I'll settle for Athens tho.

Sorry to say, but it just isnt as aggresive as before.

The G37 is great; but maybe Infiniti, based on its exterior looks, went the wrong directions just as Mazda did from the RX7 to the RX8.

Looks good, just not sporty and aggresive enough like the G35. That's my personal preference:

I have to absolutely agree. I think my 2004 coupe body style is so much more aggressive looking and just plain better with aftermarket wheels too. I hated when the 2007 sedans came out, but the 2007 sedan look is sooooo much better than the 08 coupes. I honestly thought I would never say that. The G37 has a great engine, MUCH BETTER BRAKES, better options, and a MUCH more refined interior than my 2004 G35 coupe. But even with that, I still like the look of my 04 coupe. I'm not saying the 08 hideous, i'm just thinking Infiniti could have done better on the looks department (though I do think the black G37 is the best looking one, of course that's my biased opinion! )

no, i think infiniti did a good job with the exterior of the 37. looks much better than the 35.

I kinda see what you mean about the new styling..that's one of the reasons I went with the base styling, b/c I liked the new curves but the twin vents in the front (as opposed to the trips) looked more aggressive to me like the older styling. Here's a pic of mine...

The only think about the G35 styling that rivals the G37 is the back end. I always thought the G35 looked wicked from the back with a spoiler... However the front end of the G35 I was never a fan of, especially the headlights... Probably why I was sporting a 350z since 2004 and not a G35 even though I think they still look good.

To each their own. I love my G37S, people can nit-pick it apart, but I could do the same for the G35, all comes down to opinion.
