Upgrading from G37 coupe

Hey guys, just wondering what would be a suitable choice if I were to upgrade from the G37. I know this topic has probably been discussed before, but I'm looking for honest answers. If your choices were between:

M3
S5
IS-F
or even (dare I say) G37 vert with TT

...which would you choose and which would have the most potential?

m3, i love coupes. S5 is about the same performance as the G cept maybe a tad faster, I love the ISF but its a four door and too big for my liking, and G37 TT why go through all the trouble and $$$ to void ur warranty when u could have a perfectly good better lookking M3 for the same $ and have ur warranty? M3 for sure hands down : )

Thanks guys The reason why I'm asking is because I was given an insane deal on a pre-owned 09 M3 coupe (alpine white/black int) with just over 6,000 miles and it's VERY tempting! I also found an 08 S5 (white/red) for under $49K but IMO the M3 has much more potential. The 335 crossed my mind (for a split second), but with all the HPFP problems, I'd be out of my mind to put it on the same list as the M. I own my G out right so I wouldn't be taking that much of a hit financially.

M3 hands down. Out of all three it looks the best, is fast as ****, and is a not a 4 door like the IS-F. Just be sure to get rid of it before the warranty is up since its a german car.

LMAO! Very true, but do you think it would have as many problems post-warranty as the 335 (or even S5) since it's NA?

Maybe not since it is n/a. And since its the m3 and not just a typical 335 the build quality might be a little bit better.

Thanks a lot guys I haven't made a decision yet as it's difficult to let go of my baby. I had her since 2007 and I just wanted something different and with a little more OOMPH. I do know that none of the above cars can touch the G in the reliability category though.

Lol Heff. I just talked to the sales guy and he wants me to come in on thursday. I'm trying to get him to throw in the 19 inch sport pkg rims since this one has the gunmetal 18's. I'll definitely take pics once I close the deal

Definetly a IS-F!! have you seen what a IS-F looks with a drop and HRE wheels !!! that is my next car and Certainly an Awesome upgrade. For the money and four doors and a V8 and not to Forget It's a LEXUS!!!

I know its not on your list.and I don't usually go for domestic, but cts-v is what I would grab.given the choices listed.and with 550hp it will destroy an m3 in speed and handling.same price range.s5 has zero chance, and is-f would get abused.

Actually Risky, I definitely considered the CTS-V. My only problem is that I'm looking to go into another coupe, however the Caddy's numbers and comfort are outstanding! I know there will be a coupe coming soon, but I'm not too fond of the design. I saw one at the NY auto show and had mixed feelings.

And BlkHR I test drove a white IS-F and was thrown back into my seat probably more so than the M3. It's an CPO 09 IS-F but they want $55K firm, and that's around $7K more than what I'm betting the CPO 09 M3 for. I really do like the Lexus seats A LOT more than the Bimmer's, and the white/silver CF trim is !
