tough choice....really depends on what ur lookin for.....if raw power, engine size/HP, and being faster than 95% of cars on the road is your TOP priority - get the vette....

if u have a soft spot for japanese refinement and want moderately high power but with a leash of luxury holding it back just a bit for that fulfilling daily drive - get the G.....U can have some real fun with it but expect to just make some engine/exhaust noise and crack a humbled grin as vette's, m3s, and even 335's pass you by....

The obvious answer is of course what your bank account allows for.

Personally, Corvettes are everywhere and I want to stand out in the crowd. I say "G"

Haha, you said that in early 2008. It's mid-late 2009 now and I'd say G's are everywhere and if you want to stand out in a crowd, get a Corvette.

Hehe, sorry for raising this thread from the grave, but I had to after renting a Corvette last weekend. Man, that thing was a freakin' blast to drive. I would LOVE to own one of these some day. I was even thinking that if I traded my car in right now and got a used C6, it wouldn't be that much more money to do so.

But then, it's not as practical, can't say how reliable it is, and my insurance would be MUCH higher (not to mention the odds of me getting a ticket). *sigh*
