Where to Stay in Vail?

I am headed to Vail Co for business later this year (in the fall) and have never been there. Just trying to get ideas of where to stay. I know that most places in Vail are pretty upscale (I think)

Not sure Kahboom since I haven't stayed anywhere in Vail. All I have done is go through the town and hung out there during the day. I can look into it for you though if you need. It is rather upscale and if you are going to be here during ski season (which can start in the fall) then it will be even more, just be aware of that. BTW I live in Colorado Springs so it shouldn't be a problem to check

I am coming in the middle of September. It is for business so the company is covering me so to be fiscally responsible I would stay somewhere nice but reasonably priced.
