I work for Kaiser hospital in honolulu hawaii. I was tired of adults and peds was a nice change. I also work for Kulana Malama, a center for medically fragile kids. all with trachs and vented. like every where else there is a shortage but budget constraintes won't allow them to hire more nurses.

Where in Hawaii are you?
I'm planning on maybe relocating there in a few years.
