Ark performance inc: Ark g37 grip exhaust updated

This is mainly in response to Neverbonestock's posts.

We have concluded Neverbonestock's order in a manner where it is beneficial to both the manufacturer and the consumer. The customer is happy with us even though he decided not to go with our exhaust due to commitments he had made during our negotiations.

We wanted to show the community what the outcome is out of this whole ordeal and the full story on how far we went to provide a service that cannot be done by just any company.

So here it is.
Customer order the ARK GRIP Exhaust
ARK Shipped it out.

Customer after reviewing the product installed it.
We were happy

Customer was not satisfied with the overall finish on the mufflers
We shipped out a new set of mufflers with the return label

Customer found issues with the xpipe
Started the RMA process

Customer wanted 50% of the labor fees back
We offered him a full sponsorship exhaust with the labor fees

Customer committed to another exhaust so he did not take this offer or else he would have taken this deal in a heartbeat.

The outcome:
We will fully polish ever single one of our G37 exhaust systems

Please note: We recommend to take our the center bar when running our exhaust.

Ive dealt with ARK direct when I ordered my exhaust from Andy from HPAuto... People who ordered from Andy know how crazy and unassuring that can be... but through the whole process, ARK has been patient and offered great customer service when it came time for the initial release and tracking of my exhaust. I too am a very satisfied customer ! I just wish I waited so I can get mine in a polished finish cuz my tips dont look that SEXY... and that dang shirt that was supposed to come with all pre-orders... Damn im hating ! lol !

For all international customers, we can implement the free shipping charge within the states and you will have to pay the additional fee. So it will be like a discounted shipping rate for all international customers.

We are also very familiar with shipping through customs. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

I thought the fitment was perfect? I recall that being stated in another thread. Why would you have to remove an OEM part (that is not replaced by this system) to accommodate this exhaust? I could understand fitment conflicts with other vendor parts but shouldn't your design align with the OEM geometry? I'm sure that brace serves a purpose. BTW, my ARK GRiP wasn't close to that shiny and I had to clean a significant amount of gunk from the flanges. Not sure what the gunk is. Perhaps welding leftovers...
