Cheese Enchiladas

For those on the forum that have an H-E-B in their town. I have to admit aside from restaurant quality these are some of the best enchiladas I've ever had.

I encourage you to go out and try them. Definitely cook them in the oven. You wont be disappointed!!

You have a lot of food input for a skinny dude. Your opinions obviously can't be trusted as you are on the wrong side of 200 pounds. I shall perform a test on these since my credentials are greater than yours in this arena.

250+ boyeeeee!

Pick up a book. Go to a cooking class you will bond more and learn how to cook.
When **** hits the fan cooking is going to be a survival skill. get with it!

Nah! I dont have time to cook. I work too much. I'm way too lazy to try and slap something together. I'd rather pop it in the oven or microwave or order to go.

On a somewhat note, I had a couple of NY strip steaks thawed so I had to cook them. I threw some components I found in the fridge together for a marinade and it was pretty close to being amazing. A few minor changes and it will be off the hook.

Yes, I ate both the steaks myself for dinner.

Also on a more related note Danny, try DeliMex taquitos. They look like crap, but they're not bad.

Are these fattening or somewhat healthy?
