KOREAN BBQ~! (lol)
This is a korean meat dish called Bul-Go-Gi (boor-goh-gi) that uses a sweet marinate.
Ive made this a couple times and its quite easy. Theres a scratch way, but heres a very simple way to make it. BUY: -Buy boneless, reasonably thin beef. (not thin like steak.) THIN -Buy Yoshida Marinate Sauce -Buy onions (not the purpleones) -Rice unless you wanna have a protien diet. Marinating: -Put meat in big bowl to marinate in -Pour in a decent amount of yoshida sauce in the bowl with the meat -Put in half-ringed onions (they will turn into grilled onions when cooked) -Mix with hands (use gloves if you feel like a pansy) -Set in the refrigerator for like 30-1hr so it can marinate -Cook in a pan! Eat it with rice and kimchi if you have it! Just thought if any of you wanted to try this. Yoshida is pretty much like a Korean BBQ sauce that already has sugar but slightly different from the real from scratch marinade. Tell me what you think!  And yes, im Korean.

bulgogi is one of my favorite dishes!!!!! it's good wrapped in romaine lettuce, garlic and pepper sauce. mmmmm
