in all the infiniti adds and and commercial the main focus of the design is the roof life to the hood, a convert ruins that whole concept, also it seems to lose all of its aggresive nature IMO

Having just traded my '06 IS350 for an "08 G37coupe. I can tell you, there is more wrong with that car than just it's looks. It can't take pot holes at all and it feels squirlly when you punch it. I know why you can't deactivate the vdim in the Lexus. It's because the car would drive off of the road if you did. Because it's *** is in the air, you can't see anything when you back up, hence all the scrapes I put on that car. I love my G37, it just feels right.
The new Lexus convertable looks awefull, the new G37 convertable looks a lot like the Lexus SC to me, which is not a bad thing. My bright red coupe is my prettier though

Congrats on the switch. Smart man you are. Glad you are loving your G. Now put it in DS mode, turn off VDC, and get on it. You are going to love it!

though i think both look better in their respective coupe/sedan bodies. I must say the G37 still looks better than the IS250c. I agree. And OP, the Maxima-esqe taillights on our coupe is one of my complaints. Love the front of the G37 much more than the 35's but miss the straight edge, unique taillights/rear of the 35's as the 37 coupe tails look like a recycled maxima-coupe cross breed styling.

Yea Right Homie...The SC430 is one of the finest vehicles built. JD Powers & Associates have ranked it one the most reliable built vehicles ever since it was released. The interior is better than any Mercedes or BMW Convertible-Coupe. It is an awesome car, therefore I understand why it has so many haters. The G37 Converti is a definite SC430 wannabe, not knocking it but just check the Lexus website SC galleries and the G37 Converti Infinity galleries and you'll see similar look to it. Whats cool about the SC is it only comes in one base package: fully loaded (with interior below), these features are normally like 20 Gs extra on the Benz Sl500 or BMW335i. I still don't get why so many diss the SC430. I own one and get constant compliments and even have formed contacts with ladies I encounter for this reason lol! The G37C is fine, but yea the IS convertible is ok but not near the SC.

The Lex Sc430 looking fyne

I read on edmunds rumors about the LF-A actually will be next gen SC. Just rumors as of now but it would seem logical to have the next exotic Lexus improve the SC line image.

fox marketing got their IS-convertible already to mod..... the rear just looks like the es330 IMO. i'm not worried about cross shoppers anymore.

I agree. The SC looks very nice inside out but not bold enough (if that's what you are after).

In my opinion, the G convertible and the ISF both look ugly top up. Top down, I like the ISC better. Don't get me wrong, I have a G37 sedan and love it. Of course it's a Infiniti forum but I just want to be fair
