Anyone have Assassin's Creed II yet?

I just played the original just a couple of months ago. II is supposed to be even more amazing than the first one. Who's played it?

i just rented it at blockbuster....it's a HUGE game. definately will take 40+ hours to complete. I have the original and it out does the first game in every way. my one gripe about the original was that it was too linear and every assassination was the same...this time there is more of a strategy to it and more different ways to kill. plus you own your own villa and the more money you make and invest in your town, the better looking and more populated the town gets..pretty neat idea.

SPOILER: Altaiir from the first game makes a cameo...I was stoked when I saw him!

I've been playing this exclusively since release day. I'm having more fun with this than Modern Warfare 2 (now that I've played it a lot), Left 4 Dead 2, and Uncharted 2 (now that I've played it a lot).

It's seriously waaaay better than the first one. It's almost like going from Contra to GTA3 in terms of gameplay and stuff to do.

I absolutely love the RPG-esque type functions, like upgrading your armor and weapons, buying medicine/knives, and upgrading your town. Just a kickass game.

I am more than likely going to pick this up when I beat/get sick of uncharted2, which is impossible since online play is fun as hell.

BB, not sure if you have xbox or ps3, but DEF check out uncharted2 if you have ps3. It's the best game for any console ever created IMO.

PS3. I have already finished Uncharted II. It was awesome and even better than the original. I thought the original AC was pretty darn good too. I picked up AC II yesterday but probably wont get a chance to play until this weekend. Can't wait.

I'm actually going for the Platinum Trophy for AC2... Yes, I'm actually having that much fun with it... And I haven't even unlocked the second or third cities yet.

Damn you all. I'm still playing Assassin's Creed 1 (picked it up on BF for $9.99).

I read good reviews on the sequel, so I'll likely be picking it up later. I've bought way too many games within the past month (AC1, Fallout 3, COD MW2, Forza 3, Batman Arkham Asylum)...

SPOILER ALERT!!!

OK, I finished the game. I went back to get a few more trophies I haven't earned yet. I even downloaded a map of all the feather locations, and I only found 81.

If you swim out in the ocean to the south side of Venice, there appears to be more of the city over there (an island maybe?) But as I swim toward it, it's blocked off by the invisible wall and the message "This area cannot be accessed yet" or something like that. There's also an area of Florence like that - the area where you very first started and meet your brother after entering the Animus 2.0. How do yo access these areas? Are there feathers there?
