I'm assuming by "each" you don't mean "pair"?

Also, how does this compare to the HKS. I know they are different materials, but how does it compare in terms of air flow?

They are sold individually. Not as a pair

now this is what I've been waiting for.

I've never trusted HKS and will never purchase any.

I'll be ordering these filters soon, since Amsoil has yet to make filters for us

Write an email to Amsoil, i have been bugging them, considering G37 and 370Z, 2008,9 ,10, times 2! Their Nono technology is the best! Much better filtration and max air in-take too. Cotton gauze is ****...

They are stock replacement filters. What type of review are you hoping to get? Other than if they fit or not, I don't think you are going to get anything constructive unless someone is completely full of it.

You can search around and find test comparing K&N, Amsoil, AFE, etc. That would probably be more worthwhile than anything someone is going to post as a review.

What's the word on these filters??? They're not up on Lou's website yet. And I would like to order either these or the HKS's.

The only difference between the two are the filter elements. AFE uses two layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic media while HKS uses FOAM. Its known that the mesh synthetic filters are more efficient that foam filters for filtration

I've had these for 2 months now but there are not made for horsepower, they are made for better filtration than stock, no oil and and reusable so more cost effective

I know from the reading the HKS thread that some of the people who bought the HKS claimed the felt the engine revved better/slightly quicker and produced a nice sound compared to the stock filters. Do these filter do that or is that a placebo effect.

I've done some searching, but I couldn't find any definite cleaning procedures. What's the procedure for cleaning these and approximately how many times is it reusable?

I've always used K&N oiled filters in the past which have an easy-to-use cleaning kit for spray, rinse, dry, then oil.

Trying to decide if I should get these dry filters or the oiled K&N. I was originally going to go with your HKS super hybrids, but decided against the foam.
