Unless you have your mouth around the tips of the exhaust trying to inhale the fumes, there isnt much of a health issue. Now if your worried about the "ozone" then you must have also voted for Obama and your a lost cause

I like HFCs and I get a little extra gas smell, but I'm looking for a little extra kick.

But, what's speical about the Mackin one?
I can't tell any difference from pictures and there is no extended O2 sensor mounting.
