Detailers in Houston?

I'd like to look into getting our '05 Ram 1500 detailed. Any good detailers in the Houston area?

Thanks,

Chris

There is a guy on the boards by the name of BlackBetty. He is in the Houston area, and from what I've seen and heard, he does a great job on detailing. I'm sure he will chime in.

Thanks aliiin.

Yes Chris, I have been known to do some excellent detailing work. Whatever services you want, whatever products you want used. If you are interested, please PM me. I also know of a member on g35driver on the SW side who does great work.

I'm also in Houston and going to get a new '09 sedan in Blue Slate/Graphite by the end of the year (just working out a deal to swap OEM wheels for some classy 18" aftermarkets & better UHP all-seasons) and would like to a climate-appropriate tint (ceramic -?), clear bra, and detailing.

This post (http://myg37.com/forums/2235335-post7.html) seems to indicate that it's best to get detailing & clear bra installed at the same time (prep, clay, polish / bra / full detail). Is there a place in the city that could do something like that? Don't want for film-protected parts to look different from the rest of the car.

I don't know of any clear bra installers in Houston that are also true detailers. I'd recommend getting a full detail with prep only on the surfaces where you will get the clear bra installed. Then after clear bra installation, you'll only need to get those areas fully detailed. All they'll likely require is a wash and the LSP of your choice.

Thank you, BB! So what parts of the sedan people over here usually cover (and I understand it, there are "partial" and "full" options on hood and fenders - don't know benefits of "partial").

And what price range am I looking at down here for first-rate job? Talking to friends & coworkers, it ranged greatly ($500-1000+).
