Advice Needed: OB Blistering Paint

Alright ladies and gentlemen, please bear with me. I'm a bit out of my mind after just washing my 09 G37 sedan. I washed my car much as always, and I have paint blisters!

I would post pics, but I tried taking a picture and it looked like ***. Just think tiny blisters not unlike those one would get with chicken pox. I've searched the forums and tried looking into Infiniti's warranty info with no success. please help!

Here's all the details I've got. I've Zaino'd my car, but that was a long time ago. Car is garaged when not at work. All the blistering seems to be on only the driver's side. I used a leaf blower that I bought exclusively for my car to dry it, and I was using Zaino Z-6 touch-up spray on the passenger side/roof with no problems. Then I used a spray bottle with tap water on the driver's side, which had some water spotting. I wet the area fairly well and used a clean microfiber towel to dry and remove spots. Somehow I've got numerous blisters! When I have light tomorrow I'll look over the entire car again, but it seems all the blisters are on the driver's side.

Dude, I'd say you've inadvertently sprayed your car with a caustic or acidic solution; something other than tap water and it's chemically blistered your paint. btw don't drink what's in that spray bottle!!!!!!!!!! sorry I know seeing your baby damaged sux big time.

Thanks for the sentiment. That's the strange thing about all this. I never used that spray bottle before I got my car. The only other thing I used that bottle for was a dilute mixture of car wash soap and water to act as lubricant for my clay bar. I rinsed that mixture out then replaced it with tap water before all this happened.
