valve ticking issue with 2009 g37s

I know there were tsb's regarding this issue for the 08's....but i have an 09 and i would bet the farm that this problem is also present with the 09's....however i dont see any tsb's addressing this...anyone else with same issue? i just called woodchester infiniti and asked them about the ester oil fix and she said they can use ester oil for the oil change but would charge me...i said ive read on these forums that the first one was to be on the house but she has no idea of this and has asked me to bring the tsb...problem is, its for the 08's....anyone have any thoughts/experience with this?

I have encountered the problem.....how often am I going to have to use this other oil? They did an "adjustment" to the timing or something like that on one bank and also changed the oil.....they didn't have the ester oil, were suppose to order it and call me - still haven't got it.....and now it has come back......
