So I got my Eibachs installed and then got an alignment...here is my alignment sheet that shows all the before/after numbers. Do I need to get a front camber kit with the numbers as they are? Any opinions would be great!!

Nope not needed, seems like you're good to go Sir!
Your camber numbers are acceptable, toe was fixed pretty nice seems like the alignment shop knew what they were doing

Did you let the car settle? Or was the installation and alignment back to back?

I disagree with Sam. I'd def get an alignment kit for the front. The camber is out -1.9 and -2.1...its gonna eat through your tires after a while. Rears are barely within spec. I dunno, maybe I'm anal but I like everything done correctly.

I didn't say they were perfect but it seems like it's the most he could do without a camber kit which is somewhat acceptable

Well the front camber is around -2 and the rears around -1.5
Toe for both fronts and rears are almost zero Curious to know what's considered acceptable in your books haha

is the caster something to worry about also? It's out a bit more than the camber, but I know the camber is something that can eat through tires, but I'm not really familiar with the adverse effects of out-of-spec caster. t

on Eibach PK its minimal wear in the front. I mean by the time most of the tire gets almost bald...you'll see a little more baldness in corner of tire.
Not worth an alignment kit IMO in the front. Now in the rear I would get one especially if you get 20 inch rims which are wider footing/wider offset. When I had my stock sport rims with stock tires and lowered on Eibach they wore uneven enough to eat up like 5,000 left miles on them.
