Wheel lock info

Here's a little information about wheel locks. The G37 uses the same wheel locks as the 2007 G35 sedan. These are different than the locks for prior models. The earlier locks will NOT fit the G37. The earlier locks are straight cone seated locks. The new locks are cone seated but with a washered flange which fits against the wheel face.

The Infiniti/Nissan part number is 999W2-JT000. McGard is still the OEM supplier. McGard only supplies this lock to Infiniti dealers. It is not available from other McGard retailers. In fact, there is no McGard part number for this lock.

However, if you are in Japan, the Japanese part number is AY320-T1280.

I have forum pricing for these if interested...

the lug nuts and wheel locks have a special flat washer design... These are the same as on the 07-08 G35 Sedan...

the CV36 / V36 lock is on the Left, the older style is on the right...
