OK guys, here's the deal. There were 3 different threads on this in 3 different forums. That's completely unnecessary. I have merged into one thread and placed in the audio/video/electronics forum. You are not paying vendors on this forum and are therefore not allowed to solicit business on the forum. If you want to do this as a side business or hobby or service for members and make a few bucks I really don't care. Cool. However if you do that, you can't solicit business publicly on the forum. Understand? IMO this is kind of gray area so please don't abuse it and make it become black and white. There was a member who used to do the same thing but was discreet and didn't promote himself publicly through posts on the forum. That's why it worked. If you move away from doing it that way it'll be shut down. If members care to post work that you've done for them that's fine. But if it gets out of hand it stops. No cluttering the forums up with multiple threads about the same thing. No controversy. No solicitation of business through posts. No issues causing members to complain to staff about anything. Just letting everyone involved know where things stand.
