Well, what I am really looking for is Infiniti to raise the level of responsiveness to the consumer. When one is told to make 8 or nine phone calls before finally being told that Infiniti will not/ can not answer the question is not acceptable. They should be able to do that on at least the first or second call, even if the consumer does not like the answer. This is only the second time that I have called them and the first time, they gave me erroneous information.
