It's not a fixed dollar amount, it's a percentage below the invoice cost depending on which plan you fall under. There are two groups of plans, the only differences being the percentage and delivery cost.
Categories A & B are 3.58%
below invoice and $0 delivery fee.
Categories C & D are 1.65%
below invoice and 2.5% delivery fee.
The remaining components of the plans are the same.
