non-stick pan - I use iCook cookware
plastic spatula
fork or egg beater
bowl large enough to fit slices of bread

Ingredients:
Organic eggs - these taste the best
skim milk 2%
extra virgin olive oil
white bread from the bakery for best results

Optional:
maple syrup
seasoning
butter

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat the pan to medium for a couple of minutes.
2. Add a thin layer of olive oil enough to cover the surface of your pan.
3. beat your eggs (without the shells) into your bowl until all is yellow. If you're making 5 slices of french toast, then use 5 eggs. Rule of thumb - 1 egg=1 slice
4. add a bit of skim milk (~1oz) to your eggs to make it smoother.
5. soak 1 bread slice into the bowl of eggs until fully covered on both sides, let it drain slightly.
6. place the soaked bread onto the heated pan letting it sit for 30 seconds until you flip it over
7. using the spatula, press on the soaked bread on the pan to get some of the egg through the surface.
8. cook until desired brown on both sides.
9. You can then add seasoning/syrup/butter after you've cooked all your slices. Be sure to use up all the egg in your bowl - use more slices of bread if you have to.
Now all you have to do is add some sliced steak with the french toast and that would be a great breakfast... Tastes great.
